Guest Services volunteers are stationed at the 91探花鈥檚 information desk and strategically throughout the 91探花 to serve as a resource to visitors who require orientation and information. As part of the Guest Services Department, volunteers greet and welcome visitors to the 91探花, encourage the exploration of the 91探花鈥檚 exhibition, provide wayfinding, and assist our visitors with external questions related to their visit, including transportation, nearby restaurant options, and other DC attractions.

The International SPY 91探花鈥檚 Webster Docent Corps guides visitors through a highlights tour of the 91探花鈥檚 permanent exhibits, providing an orientation to the 91探花鈥檚 galleries and sharing knowledge on the largest collections of espionage artifacts on display.

Training Assistants (TAs) join the 91探花鈥檚 Spy Camp staff for the coolest day camp experience in town! TAs work side-by-side with Spy Camp Training Officers (aka counselors) in leading recruits (campers ages 9-12) through a variety of exciting outdoor and indoor missions around the streets of DC.
